Welcome to you all.
Thankyou to my committee for standing for another year
and welcome to Kirsten Crofts who joined us on the committee this year.
An extended welcome to all our new members. If we have
visitors to any of our meetings I am sure you will all make them feel welcome and encourage them to come again.
I will be missing this meeting as Juris and I decided to
take a short holiday.However please welcome our new vice president Carol Blake.
I hope the evening goes well and is incident free.
Some of us attended the Annual Council Meeting this month.
This is the County Annual Meeting attended by members throughout the Northamptonshire area. Val Allen was our delegate. There
were various speakers all very interesting including Sheila Dibnah who was very funny. Remember there’s more to WI than
the meetings.
We are missing one or two members due to ill health at
the moment so a speedy recovery to Deidre, Muriel and Lesley. We hope to see you all very soon but in the mean time keep smiling
and please keep in touch.

Read your County newsletter if there is an event you want to go to tell Chris Cowlin as soon as possible. There is always
a closing date so miss that and you miss out. Chris will book and pay for your place.
When the tickets and instructions arrive for your event
